“Having studied art at high school the interest never died but the time to practice my craft never happened for a number of years. Excited to be with a brush in hand again there is so much to be recorded in the hope that others might appreciate my endeavour. Landscapes, still lifes and figure studies all appeal to me and will be subjects on my journey of discovery.

Having just closed an exhibition at the Forge Gallery in the Minervois that ran through August 2024 it allowed me to meet other artists and interesting people from all over the world who share a passion for the arts. I am encouraged and enthused to return to the easel and continue this journey of discovery.”- Allan Ward
